This 6-day Skardu by air tour is a perfect blend of nature, history, and culture. You will explore the town of Skardu, visit local markets, hike up to Kharpocho Fort, and even enjoy a traditional Polo match. After two nights in Skardu, your journey will continue to Khaplu, a scenic town along the Indus and Shyok rivers, where you’ll stay at the beautiful Khaplu Fort (now a Serena Hotel). You will spend two days in Khaplu, exploring the local market, the historical Chaqchan Mosque, and nearby villages. Afterward, you’ll visit Shigar Valley and return to Skardu. Your trip will conclude with a visit to Astore via the Deosai Plateau, the second-highest plateau in the world.

From Islamabad: Skardu direct flights are available from Islamabad 2 flights a week in the winter (November – April). In the summer season (May – September), daily flights are available from Islamabad, which take 1 hour to travel over the majestic mountains.
From Lahore: 2 Direct flights a week to Skardu are available in the Summer Season (May – September), which takes one and a half hours from Lahore International Airport.
