Deposit Policy:
Guest who want to make a final reservation at IBEX LODGE SKARDU.Pvt(Ltd) have to make a deposit of 50% as advance payment of the total amount to confirm the reservation, rest of amount can be paid on check in time. We accept both credit card and cash.
Cancellation and Refund Policy.
o In case of delayed reservation cancellation, the hotel does not return the 50% pre-paid amount for a guaranteed reservation.
o No refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
Policy for Cancellation of Flights:
o Guest has to provide proof of ticket with name.
o If proof is confirmed, guest can use amount deposited within one fiscal year to rebook on prevailing rates.
Policy for Land slides on the Route:
o Authorize Department will confirm with NHA regarding landslide.
o If NHA confirms landslide, guest can use amount deposited within one fiscal year to rebook on prevailing rates.
